저희 환불 및 반품 정책은 30일간 유효합니다. 구매하신 지 30일이 지났다면 전액 환불이나 교환이 불가능합니다.
반품 자격을 갖추려면, 상품이 사용되지 않았고 받은 상태와 동일해야 합니다. 또한 원래 포장 상태여야 합니다.
몇 가지 유형의 상품은 반품이 불가합니다. 음식, 꽃, 신문 또는 잡지와 같은 부패하기 쉬운 상품은 반품할 수 없습니다. 또한 친밀하거나 위생용품, 위험 물질, 인화성 액체 또는 가스 제품도 반품을 받지 않습니다.

부분 환불만 가능한 특정 상황이 있습니다:
- 명백한 사용 흔적이 있는 도서
- 개봉된 CD, DVD, VHS 테이프, 소프트웨어, 비디오 게임, 카세트 테이프 또는 바이닐 레코드.
- 원래 상태가 아니거나, 당사의 실수로 인한 것이 아닌 손상 또는 부품 누락이 있는 상품.
- 배송 후 30일이 지난 상품
환불
반품이 접수되고 검사되면, 반품 상품을 받았다는 이메일을 보내드립니다. 또한 환불 승인 또는 거절 여부도 알려드립니다.
승인되면 환불 처리가 진행되며, 일정 기간 내에 신용카드 또는 원래 결제 수단으로 자동으로 크레딧이 적용됩니다.
지연되거나 누락된 환불
아직 환불을 받지 못했다면, 먼저 은행 계좌를 다시 확인하십시오.

교환
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
