A tenda inflável personalizada is an air-frame shelter built to your own footprint: an Oxford-cloth canopy over welded TPU air tubes, with the model series, size, wall configuration and printed graphics chosen by you. KCCE builds to order from a single unit, with OEM/ODM and private-label packing.
What Is a Custom Inflatable Tent?
A custom inflatable tent is not a handful of fixed models with a logo dropped on top. It is an air-frame shelter — an Oxford-cloth canopy stretched over welded TPU air tubes — that KCCE builds around four decisions you make: the series, the size, the wall configuration and the printed graphics.
Those four decisions are independent. Two buyers can order the same series and end up with completely different tents: one event crew wants an open canopy with a printed valance, while one retail client wants a fully walled tent with a door wall and a window wall. The air frame underneath is the same platform; the specification on top is yours.
The air frame is what makes the tent portable and repeatable. Air tubes replace aluminium poles, so the packed unit stays compact enough for a van, and re-erecting at the next venue follows the same sequence every time.
Air-Tight vs Continuous Blower: Pick the Air-Frame First
Before you pick a size, pick a structure. KCCE builds two fundamentally different air-frame systems, and the choice decides whether your site needs power all day.

Choose air-tight when the tent has to stand on its own for days. Choose the XIC when the site has reliable power and someone can stay with it, because the blower runs the whole time the tent is up.

Sizes, Walls & Configurations
Your quoted size fixes the footprint; the wall set decides how enclosed it is. Both are chosen per order.
Reading a size
- Square and round platforms are quoted as a single span — 3M, 5M, 10M. Rectangular footprints are quoted as two dimensions, such as 3×3M or 5×10M.
- Each series has its own ladder. The AI stops at 3M, while the N series runs to 5×10M and the XII reaches 10M.
- Longer spans need more installers. The AI at its smallest size needs one; the XII at 10M is documented at four to six.
Wall and entrance options
- Lateral side walls close a full side of the tent.
- Window walls add glazing, and door walls add a working entrance.
- Reversible double-sided walls let one panel carry two different designs.
- Double walls and triple walls layer panels for a more enclosed feel.
- The F series also offers a reversible back wall and a double-back wall.
Multi-tent and extended layouts
- Modular aluminium connectors let X, X6, XL-A and XL-B tents of the same size be joined.
- Connecting cloth closes the gap between canopies; XL-A has both wide and narrow versions.
- Awnings and banners extend cover and branding on the X, X6, XII, XL-A and XL-B series.
Custom shapes
- Custom shapes and custom shape walls are possible on the X, AI, AII, X6, XII and XL-A platforms.
- Send a sketch or a dimensioned drawing and we quote the shape against the closest existing platform.
Canopy, Air-Frame & Build Details
Two material choices define the tent, and both are visible the moment you unpack it.
The canopy
- Oxford cloth is the canopy material across the range, heat-transfer printed when you add graphics.
- 400D Oxford cloth is the grade documented for the X series.
The air frame
- The air tubes use a welded TPU inner liner, which is what holds pressure on the air-tight models.
- Columns and arches follow the same principle: a cloth cover over an inner TPU layer.
- The cloth cover on columns and arches can be removed and replaced, so a colour change does not mean a new frame.
How the canopy meets the frame
- On the AI and AII series the canopy attaches with a hook-and-loop connection, so a canopy swap is a peel-and-press job.
- Legs detach from the canopy across the range, which keeps the packed bundle manageable.
- Modular aluminium connectors are supplied on the X, X6, XL-A and XL-B series for joining tents of the same size.
Repair and service
- Two TPU repair patches are supplied in the accessories bag on every series except the Inflatable XIC.
- Spare inflation and safety valves are included, so a single valve fault does not end an event.
- Replacement canopy sections and cloth covers are available as spares.
Custom Options: What Can Be Tailored
Once the platform is fixed, the specification belongs to you.
Printed graphics
- Heat-transfer printing carries artwork, logos and colour fields across the canopy and walls.
- Print coverage can range from a single logo panel to a full branded canopy.
Colour and material
- Canopy colour is chosen per order rather than picked from a fixed shelf.
- Cloth covers on columns and arches are replaceable, so a colour refresh does not need a new frame.
Packaging and label
- OEM and ODM projects include private-label packing and branded documentation.
- Custom carry bags and manual branding are agreed at quote stage.

Inflating & Anchoring
Air-tight tents are inflated once and stay up. The sequence below comes from the printed manuals.
Inflating an air-tight tent
- Lay the tent out and identify the inflation valves for your model.
- Connect the pump nozzle to the valve at the base of the tube. Electric and manual pumps both work.
- Inflate the chambers together or one at a time. On the XII, inflate in the numbered order marked on the tent.
- Keep the tubes straight while they fill — do not twist or kink them.
- When the safety valve releases its small hiss of air, stop pumping, remove the nozzle and close the square valve cap.
Inflating the Inflatable XIC
- The XIC stays connected to its blower the whole time the tent is in use.
- One person can shape the tent from inside while it fills.
- Do not leave it running without someone on site.
Anchoring by surface
- Sand and grass: wind rope plus a ground nail driven at about 50 degrees.
- Hard or finished ground: sand bags, water bags or barrels — nothing is drilled or damaged.
- The U, VI and VII series include a bar bag for ballast; AII includes an iron block.
- Never use the tent in extreme wind or storms, and keep sharp objects and open flame away from the canopy and tubes.

A: Sizes follow the series you choose, and each series has its own documented ladder. The AI series runs 2.5M and 3M, the N series spans 3×3M up to 5×10M, the XII series reaches 10M, and the XL-B covers 8×4.5M and 9.4×5.5M. Send us the footprint you need and we map it to the closest platform.
A: Match the series to span, installers and accessories. AI and AII are small footprints that one installer can inflate; U, VI and VII add a supplied bar bag for ballast; F and N scale up through square and rectangular footprints, with N offering the widest documented size range. X, X6 and XII add modular aluminium connectors and larger spans — the XII has nine valves that must be inflated in numbered order. XL-A and XL-B are the wide rectangular platforms.
A: Only the Inflatable XIC does. Every other KCCE series is air-tight: you inflate it, close the valves and it stays up with no power on site. The XIC is held up by a running blower and must not be left running unattended.
A: It depends on the series. One installer covers the AI, AII and the smallest U sizes, while a XII at its largest size is documented at four to six. Valve counts are documented per model: one on AII, two on U, F and N, three on VI and VII, four on AI, five on XL-A, six on X6, seven on XL-B and nine on XII. All of these figures come from our printed product manuals.
A: The tent bag holds the canopy, detachable legs, safety valves and inflation valves, plus modular aluminium connectors on the X, X6, XL-A and XL-B series. The accessories bag carries eight ground stakes, eight guy ropes, two TPU repair patches, spare inflation and safety valves, and a printed user manual.
A: Yes. Lateral side walls, window walls, door walls, reversible double-sided walls, double walls and triple walls are all available, and the F series also offers a reversible back wall and a double-back wall. Awnings, banners and connecting cloth for multi-tent layouts are available on the X, X6, XII, XL-A and XL-B series.
