5x5 Inflatable Tent: The 5×5M Stand With a Route Inside

Some stands need a floor plan, not a counter. A 5x5 inflatable tent is the five-metre, twenty-five-square-metre air-frame pavilion KCCE builds when one structure has to carry a whole visitor route: an entrance display, a central demonstration, a rear meeting table and room for a vehicle or a machine to stand inside. Only the N range lists 5x5M in its size table, and its manual calls for three to four people to put the frame up. The legs are weighted or staked with nothing drilled into the ground, and the whole canopy takes print. 20 years of manufacturing experience.

Quick Answer: What is a 5x5 inflatable tent?

A 5x5 inflatable tent is the five-metre square (twenty-five square metres) air-frame pavilion KCCE builds for roadshows, vehicle displays and exhibition stands where the visitor walks through several working zones under one roof. It stands on a welded TPU air tube inside an Oxford cloth cover, so there is no frame to assemble and nothing fixed into the ground: the legs are weighted on paving or staked on grass. Only the N range lists 5x5M in its size table — F stops at 4x4M — and the N 5x5M manual calls for three to four installers. Because the whole canopy takes print, one artwork can run across the roof, the valance and all three visible faces.

01 — 概要

A 5×5M Stand Built Around the Route Through It

A 3x3M stall is planned around one counter and a 4x4M bay around one exhibit. A 5x5M pavilion is planned around a route: where the visitor comes in, where they stop to look, where they sit down and where they leave. Twenty-five square metres is the first size in the range that lets all four happen under one frontage.

インフレータブル広告テント inflatable pavilion for a roadshow or a vehicle display is a self-standing structure on a welded TPU air tube inside an Oxford cloth cover: inflate it and it holds its own shape, with no frame sections to bolt together and nothing fixed into the ground. On a touring stand that is the point that decides most — a paved forecourt, a stadium lawn and an exhibition hall are all surfaces you cannot drill, and the structure has to arrive, carry a full day of footfall and leave the ground exactly as it was found.

Against a pop-up gazebo, the difference is usable floor and the number of things happening at once. A gazebo shades a clipboard and carries one printed panel; a 5x5M pavilion takes a vehicle, a demonstration and a seated conversation without any of them sharing the same metre of ground. Against a hired marquee, the difference is the booking: no frame sections, no ballast negotiation with a hire firm, no crew arriving at seven to build something that comes down at six. That is why a 5x5 inflatable marquee gets specified for a multi-stop tour a marquee could never be moved between.

Wording changes by channel more than the product does. A field-marketing manager booking a roadshow, an automotive dealer planning a vehicle handover, an events agency and an exhibition contractor all describe the same requirement, and a brief written as a 5x5m trade show tent is the same document another buyer would call a 5x5m exhibition tent, a mobile showroom, a brand pavilion or a walk-through stand. One 5x5m event tent for a launch and a framework order across ten tour stops differ in quantity, not in structure.

The other reason operators keep one is the calendar. A press launch, a stadium fan zone, a dealer open day, a trade fair and a weekend roadshow stop each need a covered, signed space at short notice on ground that belongs to somebody else. The same 5x5M unit is a vehicle display on Saturday and a seated briefing room on Sunday, because what changes is the zone layout and the printed valance, not the frame.

When a buyer compares suppliers the questions are narrow and written down: which model genuinely lists 5x5M in its size table, how many installers that size needs, whether the factory will print one unit with the brand, and whether a delivery date is confirmed in writing rather than promised on a call. A buyer specifying a カスタムプリントインフレータブルテント for a first tour asks the same four as an agency ordering its sixth — which is why the artwork, once set, is reused across the whole season.

重要ポイント

  • It is a printed 5x5M (twenty-five-square-metre) air-frame pavilion — a walk-through stand, not a building — that travels between sites.
  • Legs are weighted on paving and staked on grass; nothing is drilled, and the surface is handed back unchanged.
  • The whole canopy takes print; the brand reads from the aisle and a fresh valance changes the message without reprinting the structure.
  • Only N lists 5x5M (3-4 installers, two valves); F stops at 4x4M, and XL-A runs 4.5x3M to 7.5x4.8M.
02 — Applications

What a 5x5 Pavilion Is Actually Used For

Each of these starts from the number of things happening at once, not from the tent. The first three carry a photograph of the site problem they describe; the last three are the briefs buyers ask about most. Whether it is called a 5x5m display tent, 、 5x5 inflatable booth, 、 5x5 pop up inflatable tent, 、 brand pavilion, 、 mobile showroom 或一款 inflatable tent 5x5 meters, it is the same twenty-five square metres carried from one venue to the next.

The Gateway Has to Be Wider Than the Exhibit

A large arch part-unpacked on a concrete yard: the scale of the access route, not the canopy, is what decides whether a 5x5M stand can be used at all. When a vehicle or a machine has to be brought inside, the delivery path, the turning circle and the entrance width are drawn before the artwork is briefed.

Twenty-Five Square Metres of Visible Surface

A full-graphic print running over the roof and the walls of a large structure on grass. On a 5x5M footprint the roof, the back wall and both returns can carry one continuous artwork, so the stand is legible from three sides of an open field instead of only from the queue directly in front of it.

A Quiet Third of the Floor, Away From the Door

A plain canopy on a paved terrace with room for a table and chairs. On 25 square metres the rear third can be kept clear of the demonstration entirely: the visitor sees the product at the front, walks through it, and sits down at the back without the two groups sharing the same metre of floor.

  • Plain roof
  • Rear zone
  • Hardstanding

A whole vehicle or machine inside

The clearest reason to specify 5x5M: a car nose-in, a tracked machine on a plinth, or a complete product line laid out as it would be in a showroom. Five metres in both directions gives the object its own footprint plus a walking lane around it, so a visitor can circle the exhibit under cover instead of queueing at a rope line outside.

  • Vehicle inside
  • Walk-around lane
  • Open front

A roadshow that repeats the same stand

A tour stops in ten cities and needs the same stand every time. One 5x5M unit, one artwork and one fixing kit per surface make each stop a repeat of the last, with the site name dropping onto a valance rather than a new structure being designed for each venue.

  • One artwork
  • Ten sites
  • Replaceable valance

Four zones under one roof

Entrance display, central demonstration, rear meeting table, side stock and change area — all under one frontage, with no gap a visitor has to cross in the rain. This is the layout that separates a 5x5M pavilion from a bigger version of a market stall.

03 — Models

Which Model Actually Lists 5×5M

One KCCE range lists 5x5M: N, which runs 3x3M, 4x4M, 5x5M, 4x6M and 5x10M, with three to four installers and two valves on the 5x5M size. The others below are the alternatives buyers compare — F, which stops at 4x4M; XL-A and U for a long or a compact frontage; AII for a satellite pitch. Every size is the manufacturer specification for that model; nothing is rounded up or borrowed from a neighbouring row.

N Inflatable Tent

Blue KCCE N inflatable tent with a wide arched canopy

The only KCCE range whose size table lists 5x5M. It runs 3x3M, 4x4M, 5x5M, 4x6M and 5x10M, so a buyer can move from a single display bay to a full walk-through stand without changing supplier or redrawing the artwork. The 5x5M size has two inflation valves and its manual calls for three to four people.

F Inflatable Tent

Green KCCE F inflatable tent, square arched canopy on four legs

F is the square frame built in 3x3M and 4x4M, with two manuals covering the same structure at two depths and two to three installers. It is the right answer for one exhibit and a table, but it is not a 5x5M frame: if the brief needs a vehicle inside or four working zones, the quote has to be N.

XL-A インフレータブルテント

Blue KCCE XL-A inflatable tent, rectangular canopy with a projecting awning

A rectangular frame from 4.5x3M up to 7.5x4.8M, with wide and narrow awnings plus connecting cloth so several bays join into one frontage. Choose it when the visitor route is a straight line along a kerb rather than a loop inside a square; 5x5M wins when the route has to turn.

U Inflatable Tent

Blue KCCE U inflatable tent with an arched canopy over four tubular legs

Three sizes from 3M to 5M with the bar bag as standard fixing and one to two installers. Listed here because buyers often arrive asking for a five-metre tent when they mean a five-metre single bay, not a five-by-five square. Say which one the stand plan needs before the quote is drawn.

The 3M and 4M option held down by iron block weights, with a Velcro-attached roof that swaps without tools and a single installer. It belongs at the small end of a roadshow fleet — the satellite pitch beside a 5x5M main stand, not the main stand itself.

04 — Sizing

Sizing a Pitch the Crowd Already Walks Past

Start from the largest object and the route around it, then the visitor, then the aisle. At a touring stop the constraint is rarely the canopy's own footprint — it is the access width into the pitch and the walkway a five-metre frontage must not close. A 5x5m trade show tent that is technically the right size but sits on the through-route is the one the organiser moves on day one.

Draw the visitor route before the floor plan

A 5x5M stand is the first size in the range where the visitor moves through the structure rather than stopping at its edge. Mark where they enter, where they stop to look, where they sit down and where they leave, then fit the four zones around that route. Twenty-five square metres drawn around a route behaves very differently from twenty-five square metres drawn around a single table.

Measure the largest object, then add a walking lane

Write down the length, width and height of the vehicle or machine going inside, then add the space a person needs to walk around it. Check the clear height at the entrance and the width of the delivery route into the pitch; the biggest object sets the specification, not the average one.

Keep the rear third for the conversation

A common split is a front display run, a central demonstration area and a rear meeting zone with a side stock bay. On 25 square metres those four can coexist without a partition wall or a second structure, and the person signing the order is not standing in the same queue as the person looking at the product.

When 4x4M is still the right answer

One exhibit, one table and one demonstration is sixteen square metres of work. If that is the brief, the 4x4 inflatable tent page covers it and there is no reason to carry, crew and store floor you will not use. Move to 5x5M when a second zone, a walk-around lane or a vehicle has to be under the roof.

Square, or long: 5x5M against 4x6M and 5x10M

N lists 5x5M, 4x6M and 5x10M. The square suits a loop route and an island site with space on all sides; the rectangles suit a straight frontage along a kerb, a hall wall or a processional walkway. Give the organiser's dimensions with the enquiry and the shape is decided against the site, not against a catalogue.

05 — Branding

Print, Brand & the Whole Canopy

Stall print is not free-form design. A brand has a minimum logo size, a clear space and a colour rule; a campaign has an offer and a date; and the two have to sit together on one canopy without fighting. The artwork brief starts there, not at the colour wheel — and for a カスタムプリントインフレータブルテント order it is settled before the proof, not after.

One artwork across three visible faces

An Oxford cloth canopy takes full-colour dye-sublimation print on the roof, the valance and the walls. At 5x5M an island stand is seen from the front and from both returns, so the name has to be set once and carried across all three: a logo that only works on a front valance disappears the moment a visitor walks around the corner.

Keep the demonstration wall calm

The wall behind the exhibit is the backdrop in every photograph taken on the stand. A plain panel with a small wordmark at eye level keeps a vehicle or a machine readable; the loud artwork belongs on the roof and the outer returns where it works at distance.

One print for a whole tour

A roadshow, a franchise or a dealer network can run the same artwork across every 5x5M unit so ten stops look like one brand. The artwork is set once and the venue name drops onto a valance per location, which keeps the units interchangeable between crews.

White label for agencies and resellers

An events agency delivering a client's pavilion, or a reseller buying repeat stock, can order a white-label run with its own packing and insert card. The private-label minimum is 100 units, discussed against the artwork.

06 — Ordering & Artwork

The Part of the Order That Isn't About the Tent

Most first-time stall orders are delayed by four things that have nothing to do with fabric: the artwork, the proof, the payment terms and the delivery date. A カスタムプリントインフレータブルテント is evaluated in the inbox before it is ever on the pitch, so the artwork brief is the product as far as the order is concerned.

Artwork is approved before anything is printed

Send the logo as a vector file where possible, the brand colours, and the text the canopy must carry. We lay it onto the panels, send a digital proof, and production starts only after you sign it off — so the printed name reads exactly as the brand guide says, not as a photograph of last year's banner.

MOQ is one unit, not a container

A single printed stall is one unit, so a market trader and a brand running one activation buy on the same line. Repeat orders for the same artwork, and private-label runs for resellers and agencies, are quoted separately against quantity — the minimum for a white-label run is 100 units.

Lead time and delivery date are written down

Production time is confirmed in writing after design approval, not promised on a call. Tell us the event date with the enquiry and production and freight are planned against it, because a stall that lands the week after the show is the wrong size regardless of the print.

Resellers and event agencies buy differently

An agency delivering a client's stand, or a reseller buying repeat stock, orders on a separate line: OEM/ODM with its own packing and insert card, or a white-label run under its own brand. Send the packaging requirement with the enquiry so it is in the quote rather than discovered at the warehouse.

07 — The Pitch

What Goes Wrong on a Large Stand

Almost every problem here shows up after the canopy is up and the vehicle or machine is brought in, and all six are cheaper to settle before the order. A 5x5 booth that closes the aisle people already use will be moved by the organiser on day one regardless of how good the print is.

Weights on paving, stakes on grass

Paved ground does not take stakes and nothing is drilled into it — the legs are weighted with sand bags or water weights. Open grass or a showground takes stakes. State the surface with the enquiry so the fixing kit is quoted with the unit, and say if a vehicle will be driven inside, because that changes how the front legs are positioned.

Sealed air needs no cable, blower units need power

Sealed models are inflated once and hold, so there is nothing running and no cable across a walkway. Blower-driven models need a live supply all day, which at an outdoor show means a generator or a hall socket with a safe cable route.

Check clear height and the vehicle route before you order

A 5x5M pavilion is often specified around an object that has to be driven or craned in. Give the organiser's bay dimensions, the access door or gate width, any overhead obstruction and the turning space at the pitch. These are site questions, not tent questions, and they are cheaper to answer before the artwork starts.

Put three to four people on the rota

The N 5x5M manual calls for three to four installers, against one person on the smallest sealed units and two to three on the F 4x4M. The extra hands are for positioning a larger frame and fixing all four legs before anything is carried in; write them into the crew schedule rather than borrowing them from a neighbouring stand.

Leave the aisle and the turning circle clear

A five-metre square closes walkways faster than a small stall does. Keep the canopy edge out of the pedestrian flow, put the queue inside the site, and check that a wheelchair user can pass the frontage. If a delivery vehicle has to reverse into the pitch, mark that path before the public arrives.

Pack it away dry

Packed down it is bags, not a building, and it has to go away dry. A large printed canopy packed wet after a rainy roadshow stop is the reason the next city finds mildew instead of a clean frontage, so allow drying time in the take-down schedule.

08 — Setup

Set-Up on the Day of the Market or Show

Plan backwards from the time the public is due, not forwards from the time the van arrives. Inflation is the quick part. Clearing the pitch, getting the vehicle off the aisle and being ready before the first customer joins the queue is what takes the morning.

1

Lock the site, the access route and the delivery window

At a show the organiser assigns the stand and their schedule decides when the van can stop at the door. A 5x5M frame and a vehicle exhibit need a wider access route and a longer unloading slot than a single stall; confirm all three in writing before production starts.

2

Mark leg positions and the four zones on the ground

Mark the four leg positions, then the entrance lane, the exhibit footprint, the demonstration area and the rear table. On paving the legs are what has to sit flat, and settling the internal route early avoids moving a plinth or a vehicle across an inflated canopy.

3

Inflate with the full crew, fix, then bring the exhibit in

Inflate first with three to four people, weight or stake all four legs immediately, and only then drive or carry in the exhibit, the table and the signage. An inflated canopy with nothing on the legs is the one thing that goes wrong on a windy morning.

4

Leave a longer buffer for the take-down

Deflating, drying and bagging a twenty-five-square-metre printed canopy takes longer than inflating it, and on a shared site the whole stand has to be gone before the aisle reopens. Schedule the last part of the day for it, not for one more demonstration.

09 — Pricing

Pricing & Minimum Order

A quote is built from four things: the model, the footprint, how much of the canopy is printed, and the fixing for the surface. That is why a 5x5 inflatable tent price comes back as a project quote rather than a catalogue figure — the same model is a different job on a weighted market pitch than on staked showground grass, and a repeat-unit order is a different job again.

リードタイム—Confirmed in writing after design approval

Final pricing is confirmed in writing after design approval, and quote requests are answered within 24-48 hours. If the stall is tied to a fixed date — a market season, a trade-show, a launch tour, a festival that opens on a contract date — send the date with the enquiry so production and freight are planned against it. Resellers and event agencies asking about white label inflatable tent stock are quoted on a separate line, against packaging and insert cards.

10 — Real Deliveries

Canopies Photographed on Working Ground

Three units photographed on the ground they were actually used on: lakeside grass with no venue to borrow cover from, an asphalt area with motorcycles and riders, and a stadium forecourt with a table set to one side. Read them for the things that transfer to a touring pavilion — arriving on open ground, giving a vehicle exhibit a fixed address, and keeping two visitor flows apart.

A Stand That Arrives Where There Is No Building

Pitched on grass beside a lake with no venue to borrow cover from. 11 — FAQ

よくある質問(FAQ)

Q: What is a 5x5 inflatable tent? +
A: A 5x5 inflatable tent is the five-metre by five-metre (twenty-five-square-metre) air-frame pavilion KCCE builds when one structure has to hold a whole visitor route: an entrance display, a central demonstration, a rear meeting area and a side stock bay. It stands on a welded TPU air tube inside an Oxford cloth cover, needs no frame assembly and nothing drilled into the ground, and the whole canopy takes print.
Q: How big is a 5x5M tent in square metres? +
A: Twenty-five square metres — five metres front to back and five metres side to side. That is nine square metres more floor than a 4x4M display bay and sixteen more than a 3x3M stall, which is the difference between one exhibit with a table beside it and an exhibit a visitor can walk around.
Q: Which KCCE models are made in 5x5M? +
A: Only the N range lists 5x5M in its size table: 3x3M, 4x4M, 5x5M, 4x6M and 5x10M, with two inflation valves and three to four installers on the 5x5M size. F is built in 3x3M and 4x4M only, and AII, U and XL-A have their own size tables. If a quote says F 5x5M, ask for the size table.
Q: Is a 5x5 the same as a 4x4, a 3x3 or a 10x10 tent? +
A: No. 3x3M and 10x10 ft describe the same small stall at roughly nine square metres; 4x4M is sixteen square metres for one exhibit and a table; 5x5M is twenty-five square metres for a route with several zones. Our 3x3, 4x4 and 10x10 inflatable tent pages cover those smaller briefs; this page is for buyers who need a walk-through stand.
Q: What can fit inside a 5x5M booth? +
A: A car or a tracked machine, a full product line laid out as in a showroom, a demonstration area, a meeting table and a stock or change bay — with a walking lane around the largest item. Buyers usually divide the twenty-five square metres into four zones rather than one open floor.
Q: Can a vehicle or a machine go inside? +
A: Yes — that is the main reason to choose 5x5M over 4x4M. Send the dimensions of the item, the access width to the pitch and the clear height at the entrance with the enquiry, so the leg positions, the front opening and the fixing kit are planned around the object rather than discovered on the morning.
Q: How many zones can a 5x5M stand hold? +
A: Four is the usual brief: entrance display, central demonstration, rear meeting area and side stock or change bay. Twenty-five square metres is the first size in the range where those can run at once under one frontage without the visitor leaving the canopy between them.
Q: Is it suitable for a roadshow or a touring activation? +
A: Yes. One 5x5M unit, one artwork and a fixing kit per surface let a tour repeat the same stand from site to site, with the venue name dropping onto a valance per stop. Give the list of sites and their surfaces with the enquiry so the kit is quoted once for the whole tour.
Q: How many people does it take to put up? +
A: The N 5x5M manual calls for three to four installers, against one person on the smallest sealed units and two to three on the F 4x4M. The extra hands are for positioning the larger frame and fixing the four legs before the exhibit comes in, not for lifting weight.
Q: What can be printed on the canopy? +
A: The Oxford cloth takes full-colour dye-sublimation print on the roof, the valance and the walls. At 5x5M an island stand is seen from three sides, so the name and logo should be carried across all of them; a plain back wall behind the exhibit keeps it readable in photographs.
Q: How is it fixed on paving versus grass? +
A: Paving takes weights — sand bags or water weights on the legs, nothing drilled. Grass or a showground takes stakes. State the surface with the enquiry; if a vehicle will be driven inside, say so as well, because the front leg positions and the entrance are laid out around it.
Q: What does a 5x5 inflatable tent cost? +
A: Price follows the model, the footprint, how much of the canopy is printed, and the fixing kit for the surface, so a 5x5 inflatable tent price comes back as a project quote rather than a catalogue figure. Send the bay dimensions, the ground, the exhibit size, the artwork and the required date, and the quote is confirmed in writing within 24-48 hours.
